1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a purchased item within 2 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item is in its original packaging.
You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from being returned:
Books with obvious signs of use.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 2 days after delivery.
Sale items (unless defective).
Gift category products.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or message about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Note: Late or missing refunds can be checked by contacting your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
4. Exchanges

To return your product, please send it to the address above. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Recommendation: For items over ₹100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
